What services does MyCleanWindow offer?

We specialize in commercial and residential window cleaning, post-construction cleanup, paint overspray removal, solar panel cleaning, and property management maintenance programs. Every service uses commercial-grade pure water systems for a streak-free finish.

How much does window cleaning cost?

Every job is quoted individually based on the number of windows or panes, building height, accessibility, and condition. We don't publish pricing because no two jobs are the same. Request a free quote and we'll have a number for you within two hours.

How quickly can you start?

Most jobs are scheduled within a few days of the approved quote. We respond to every quote request within 24 hours, guaranteed. If we don't, your first cleaning is 10% off.

Are your technicians insured?

Yes. MyCleanWindow is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage on every job.

Do you use eco-friendly products?

Our primary cleaning method is a pure water fed pole system, which uses deionized water and no chemical detergents. It's safe for your glass, your landscaping, and the environment.

Do you work with property management companies?

Absolutely. We offer recurring maintenance programs built around your schedule, budget, and tenant expectations. Many of our property management clients receive a dedicated Vendor Package with our insurance, W-9, and service details upfront.

Can you handle multi-story buildings?

Yes. Our pure water fed pole systems reach up to 4 stories without lifts or ladders in many cases. For taller structures or specialized access requirements, we assess the building and provide a custom plan.

Do you do post-construction window cleaning?

Yes. Post-construction cleanup is one of our core services. We remove construction dust, stickers, paint overspray, and debris from glass surfaces so buildings are move-in ready.

Can you handle punch list and close-out work?

We regularly work with general contractors on final punch list items. Clean windows are one of the last things tenants and inspectors notice, and we make sure they're spotless.

Residential

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not necessarily. Many of our residential clients provide access instructions and we handle the rest. We'll confirm the plan with you ahead of time and send a notification when the job is complete.

What if it rains after my windows are cleaned?

Our 7-Day Rain Guarantee covers you. If it rains within 7 days of your cleaning, we'll come back and touch up any affected windows at no charge.

Do you clean screens and tracks?

Screen and track cleaning can be included as part of your service. Just let us know when requesting your quote and we'll factor it in.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Most homeowners benefit from quarterly or biannual cleanings. Homes near construction, heavy tree coverage, or high-traffic roads may need more frequent service. We'll help you find the right schedule.
